Terms of Quote

Validity

This quote is valid for 14 days from the date issued. Pricing may be subject to change after this period.

Scope of Works

The quote is based on the described scope only. Any additional work, variations, or unforeseen conditions will be discussed and approved before being carried out and may incur additional costs.

Pricing

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be added to the final invoice at the current rate.

Materials

Availability and supplier price changes may affect final pricing.

Site Conditions

The quote assumes reasonable site access and normal ground conditions. Unexpected issues (e.g. underground services, poor soil conditions, hidden obstructions) may result in additional costs.

Payment Terms

A deposit of 50% of the quoted price is required upon acceptance of the quote. The 50% is payable upon practical completion of the works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For larger projects, progress payments may be required. Ownership of materials remains with Mill Landscapes until payment is received in full.

Delays

Project timelines may be affected by weather, supplier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Mill Landscapes will communicate any delays as they arise.

Care of Property

All reasonable care will be taken on site; however, Mill Landscapes is not responsible for damage to hidden or unmarked services, irrigation, or underground utilities.

Maintenance & Establishment

Unless specifically included, ongoing maintenance and plant establishment care are the responsibility of the client after practical completion.

Acceptance

Acceptance of this quote confirms agreement to these terms and the outlined scope of works.
